Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Neal & Co Chauffeurs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Neal & Co Chauffeurs across Auckland and surrounding areas.

Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking based on the information provided.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Waiting time beyond the free allowance

    • Changes to pickup time, route, or destination

    • Additional stops requested during the journey

Any additional charges will be communicated where possible.

Waiting Time

Airport Pickups (from airport)

  • 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time

  • After this, waiting time is charged at $20 per 30 minutes

All Other Pickups 

  • 30 minutes of free waiting time

  • After this, waiting time is charged at $20 per 30 minutes

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure pickup and drop-off details are accurate.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Neal & Co Chauffeurs is not liable for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.

Vehicle Use & Conduct

  • Vehicles must be treated with respect.

  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Excessive mess, damage, or misconduct may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.

  • The chauffeur may refuse service if passenger behaviour poses a safety risk.

Delays & Force Majeure

Neal & Co Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather events

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Mechanical issues beyond reasonable control

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the service or offer alternative arrangements.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neal & Co Chauffeurs is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Missed flights or appointments due to external factors

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
