Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Neal & Co Chauffeurs, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our refund, cancellation, waiting time, and no-show terms to ensure clarity and fairness for all bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are partially refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Flight Delays & Cancellations

  • If a flight is cancelled and Neal & Co Chauffeurs is informed in advance, a full refund will be provided.

  • For flight delays, we offer the following waiting time allowances:

Airport Pickups (From Airport)
  • 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time

  • After 90 minutes, waiting time is charged at $20 per 30 minutes

All Other Pickups
  • 30 minutes of free waiting time

  • After 30 minutes, waiting time is charged at $20 per 30 minutes

No-Show Policy

  • A booking will be considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup location within the free waiting time and makes no contact.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion for:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Force majeure events, including severe weather, accidents, or events outside the customer’s control

Supporting documentation may be requested.

This policy applies to all services provided by Neal & Co Chauffeurs, including:

  • Airport transfers

  • Hourly chauffeur services

  • Corporate travel

  • Weddings and special events
